Tap Drift is an online racing and drifting game, arcade genre, simple control. You just need to “tap, click and hold” but require precise timing and quick reflexes to drift around the corners.
The car moves automatically, you do not need to press the gas or steer normally. When reaching the corner (usually marked as a “yellow zone” on the road), you need to click or tap (or touch and hold on mobile) to drift.
Hold down to drift throughout the corner, then release at the right time when exiting the corner to stabilize the car. If you drift at the wrong time, for example too early or too late or hold too long, the run will end immediately.
Each accurate drift helps you maintain a “combo”, a series of consecutive drifts to score higher.
Single-button drift (one-tap, one-click): simple to get used to, but very difficult to master, requiring timing and reflex skills.
Combo and high score: If you drift accurately continuously, you will create combos, get higher scores and EXP.
Upgrade, unlock cars: When you accumulate EXP, you can open gift boxes, lootboxes to receive new cars or customize cars, helping to change the feeling of driving, drifting easier or different.
Increasing challenge: The later turns are more and more sharp, requiring higher reflexes and skills, making each play a new challenge.
Suitable for quick play (casual): Because the controls are simple and each short "run" is suitable for quick entertainment, challenging skills and then resting.
